1-to-1 Virtual Home Design Session
Service Description
Our virtual design session is great if you're looking for advice on any room in your home. Can't decide on a colour scheme? We can help. Need a second opinion about ripping up that old carpet and 'going bare'? We can help with that too. How to position your new bathroom suite, or discuss the latest kitchen design trends? A couple of our favourite design subjects, right there! So, pop the kettle on, grab a cuppa and let's get started. Duration: The virtual appointment is for up to 35 minutes via live video chat.
Cancellation Policy
We will be happy to reschedule your appointment without charge should you be unable to meet at the pre-booked time. Please send us a request via sayhello@hopeandhouse.co.uk, a minimum of 24 hours in advance. Should you need to cancel your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance, via the above email. An admin fee of £15 will be applicable. For appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance of original booking, the full fee will be applicable.
